The founding team
Dincer has founded three technology companies since 2009. His most recent company, a mobile payments platform, was acquired in 2023. He studied economics and established a venture capital firm in 2016. He currently leads fund operations, portfolio strategy, and product direction at Fluxa Ventures. He brings deep experience in fintech product design, startup operations, and capital markets.
Turker holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University and has over 15 years of experience in distributed systems, search infrastructure, and machine learning. He previously led technical program management and product at two of the largest tech giants in the world. He holds multiple patents in predictive systems and anticipatory information delivery. He leads the technical architecture and platform engineering at Nexus Quant Tech.
